Hi, I'm Sarah. A few years ago I learned about the art of spiritual direction, and realized I had been drawn to this work all my life. Becoming a spiritual director was like finding a missing piece that helped everything else make sense.

I believe that each person's spiritual journey is unique and sacred. My role as a spiritual director is to walk alongside you, offering a compassionate presence and helping you pay attention to how God is moving in your life.

Whether you're navigating questions about faith, seeking deeper connection with the divine, or simply looking for a companion on your spiritual path, I'm here to support you.
